High Level Goals

Develop an intuitive platform that streamlines lesson planning, fosters collaboration, and enhances classroom management for better teaching and learning.

The Problem

Teachers struggle to find and organize lesson planning resources efficiently.

Interviews with educators revealed a common challenge: an overwhelming abundance of scattered teaching materials with no centralized system to streamline lesson planning. Without an intuitive platform tailored to their needs, teachers spend excessive time searching, organizing, and structuring content—time that could be better spent engaging with students and enhancing learning experiences.

Market Landscape: Competitor Research

While existing tools focus on grading, attendance, and assignment tracking, teachers still struggle with lesson planning. Our research revealed a gap—educators lack a dedicated platform to efficiently create, organize, and share lesson plans. To address this, I analyzed competitor platforms and gathered key insights to develop a tailored solution for teachers.
