The Problem
Businesses are eager to boost sales, gain control over their data, and deliver personalized content.
However, their digital assets are primarily controlled by social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, limiting direct access to valuable customer data. As a result, they struggle to truly understand their audience and optimize their marketing strategies.
At the same time, traditional e-commerce fails to offer the timely, interactive, and data-informed experiences that today’s consumers expect. There’s a clear need for a solution that gives businesses full ownership over their content and data — while turning engagement into measurable results.

Challenges of Timeline-Based Commerce
Understanding the Challenges
To design a seamless and strategic content management experience, we first had to understand the core struggles of the people involved—admins, marketers, and decision-makers.
The Admin: Drowning in Chaos
Admins were managing a growing number of sessions with no centralized view. Data was fragmented, timelines were hard to compare, and performance tracking required manual effort—making optimization nearly impossible.
The Marketer: Guessing, Not Strategizing
Marketing teams had no structured way to test, track, or iterate. They lacked visibility into what content drove results, which day or hour performed best, or how different formats compared—forcing them to rely on gut feeling instead of data.
The Business: Scaling Without Control
As content production scaled, businesses found themselves managing dozens of assets—videos, polls, products—without a clear framework. Content was scattered across different sessions and goals, making it hard to organize, analyze, and optimize.
Market Landscape: Competitor Research
Our research revealed that users struggle to find events that match their interests and connect with like-minded people. Casual users seek simplicity, while engaged users look for better tools to foster meaningful connections.
+54 user interviews conducted to understand event discovery challenges.
+23 survey responses identifying user pain points.
4 key user needs identified through research.
